Process Service
GBI's process servers will serve summons, subpoenas, complaints, injunctions, and other legal documents that require service of process.
In addition to Service of Process, GBI servers will also do chain of custody transfers, courthouse filing and document research & retrieval.
Mobile Notary Public
GBI's Mobile Notaries will drive to your location at your convenience.
Our fees are based on the location and the time of the notary signing. Typically, the travel fee for our mobile notary service during normal business hours is $85 "which includes up to 2 signatures". Additional signatures are $5 each.
Loan Signing Service
GBI's Signing Agent Services should always be your first choice for experienced, reliable and professional services.
Real-Estate Loan Signing rates run between $75 - $150. Our fees range in price due to location, time of signing, handling and transporting of documents back to the title company.
Courthouse Filing and Document Research
Courthouse filing services are offered on both scheduled and expedited filing jobs.
The quality of courthouse research depends largely on the skills of the researcher. Speed and accuracy are determined by the researcher's skills with the resources available to to assemble all the pertinant information. All of these factors ultimately affect the cost to the client.
